Sign and drive. Walk in, show ID, sign the rental agreement, and drive off. Most pickups take under 15 minutes from arrival to keys-in-hand.
Return at our office. Drop the vehicle at the same address when you’re done. Quick walkthrough, return receipt, and you’re back to FLL in another rideshare.

Q: What are your office hours?: A: Standard hours are 9 AM to 7 PM ET, Monday through Friday. Weekends are by appointment/reservation only.
Q: Is there an airport surcharge or pickup fee?: A: No. Our rates are flat. No airport concession fees, license recovery surcharges, or facility charges. The price you book is the price you pay.
Q: Can I drive your vehicles to Miami, the Keys, or anywhere in Florida?: A: Yes. Our luxury vehicles are unrestricted within Florida. Out-of-state travel requires advance approval.
Q: What’s the minimum age to rent?: A: Renters must be 21 or older with a valid driver’s license. Under-25 drivers can be added for an additional fee.
Q: Do I need a credit card?: A: A major credit card in the renter’s name is required for the security deposit. Debit cards are accepted for the rental payment but not for the deposit.
Q: Can I add a second driver?: A: Yes. An additional driver can be added at booking or at pickup for no extra fee. The additional driver must also be 21+ with a valid license.
Q: What’s included in the rental?: A: Unlimited Florida miles, 24/7 roadside assistance, and a full tank of gas at pickup are all standard.
Q: What happens if my flight is delayed?: A: Our office hours are flexible. Just text or call us with your updated arrival time and we’ll have everything ready when you get in.
