What do I need to rent a car from Turtur?
You must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license. Select vehicles — like the Porsche — require renters to be 25 or older. Drivers under 25 can be added for an additional fee. A second driver can be added at no extra charge, as long as they’re also 21+ with a valid license.
Where do I pick up the car? Do you deliver or offer airport pickup?
Pickup is at our Fort Lauderdale office — 150 E Davie Blvd, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33316, about 7 minutes from FLL Airport. We don’t offer delivery or airport drop-off. Take a quick rideshare to our office, show your license, sign the agreement, and drive off — most pickups take under 15 minutes. Office hours are 9 AM–7 PM ET, Monday–Friday; weekends are by appointment only.
When and how do I pay?
Payment is collected at pickup.
How much is the security deposit?
A refundable security deposit starting at $250 (the exact amount varies by vehicle) is collected at pickup and returned after the car is brought back in the same condition.
What coverage options do you offer?
Two options, chosen at pickup: Collision Coverage (CDW) and Full Coverage (CDW + SLI). Coverage applies to every authorized driver listed on the rental agreement. Exact terms are confirmed in your rental agreement at pickup.
What is Collision Damage Waiver (CDW)?
CDW (sometimes called a Loss Damage Waiver) reduces your financial responsibility for damage to the rental car if it’s damaged or stolen, including related costs like towing and administrative fees. Our collision coverage protects up to $50,000 in vehicle damage and extends to things standard rental waivers often leave out — windshields, flat tires, cracked headlamps, lost keys, and lockouts — while helping you avoid filing a claim against your personal auto policy.
What is Supplemental Liability Insurance (SLI)?
SLI is added on top of CDW in our Full Coverage option. It increases your protection against third-party claims — up to $1,000,000 for injuries or property damage to others if you’re at fault in an accident, including high-cost accidents, medical expenses, and repairs to other vehicles.
How many miles do I get? Can I drive out of state?
Every rental includes unlimited miles within Florida — drive to the Keys, Tampa, Orlando, anywhere in the state. Out-of-state trips are allowed with advance approval.
What’s your cancellation policy?
Cancellations are always free.
What’s included in the price?
Every rental includes unlimited Florida miles, 24/7 roadside assistance, and a full tank of gas at pickup. The price you book online is the price you pay — no airport markup, no concession fees, no surprise charges.
